Audition Form

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for our T.E.A.M. Jam BandLife, Heart Song, or One AChord classes. Our auditions are an informal introduction to our instructors and program. Placement is based upon the best fit for your age/skill level. Students should prepare to demonstrate their instrument by performing a portion of their favorite song.
